Getting ready for the Season

Hello all, I am currently the owner of a 2001 Seadoo Challenger. I'm new to the whole owning of a boat, and just had a few quick questions. Does anyone have or know of a good checklist that I might be able to go thru, so that I don't make some fatal mistake that ends up killing my boat? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone know anything about adjusting one of the throttle cable, that too would be super.
