Man O Man if this weather (rain and more rain) slows up I might get some ski work done. Someone posted it only rained twice this winter in South Louisiana, once for 45 days and the other for 35 days. LOL Sunny and warm today... call me an optimist but I am READY !!

Ready for summer here. Low snow all winter so sleds were a bust in town. Above freezing temps are 4 weeks early so what snow we have is going fast. As soon as I can get across the ice on the river edge the DOOs are getting back in the water. Until then I'm stuck in Pullman Wash for a week getting more "enlightened" on power grid relay protection. It's colder here than Interior Alaska is right now........

On of my friends was explaining to me we only had about 4 days of what we call "winter" down here. I should bring a thermometer with me when I go to the canal this week. I'm guessing but I don't think the water temp is much below 70 degrees F.

I think it only got to freezing down here on 4 occasions this winter. And those temperatures only held for a couple hours at most each time. That's what I mean by what we call winter. LOL
