I turned the plug until it got hard/tight just like a normal bolt/nut.
I'm 99.99% sure it's not stripped but it tightened up real good, so is it hitting the shaft and that's why it got tight or will it get tight in the plastic threads and I'm good?
This is what I use, you can probably build one yourself for about half the price, but to me it isn't worth my time and aggravation chasing around getting the parts. You can also use the same gauge to check the carburetor pop off.
