Hi All,
Could somebody tell me how many one way pressure relief valves there are on the fuel circuit and which way they are supposed to vent on a 1996 XP? I can see the one up near the bars, are there any more? Thanks, Steve :)

Tank breath line

That is IN, follow it down to a "T" fitting and then to tank Bafel. from the T the expell
OUT goes tru the rub rail. the single line from T to bafel is bi-directional. Notice after the "T" in each IN & OUT thereafter is the directional check valves to each vent exit. Bills86e

Thanks Bills86e, Checked the one at the top that vents into the nose cone and that only seems to vent in (cant suck it back) so I assume that one is ok. And the vent out through the side must be bunged solid cos when I took it off the tee there was a lot of pressure escaped. Thought this might help with my ongoing starting in the water problem a bit but it hasn't really. Any more vents anywhere? Steve

Under the exhaust manifold next to the engine is the cylinder drain line. It can get sand in that line and effect engine performance.

A third "check" is on top of the oil tank, but it breaths air into the oil tank, and it is not a high performance player, but uncontrolled vacumn in there can deprive oil to the lower case RV gear, and the oil pump, = seizure. Note the directional orientation of these three check valves when testing their opening psi of 3-5 lbs psi. useing your pop-off tester. The RV pump has Two small oil lines that should be changed out every 2-3 years, as they get brittle and leak = seizure.

Yes cleaned that line out Bills86e. Thanks for the info. I will keep looking for stuff and get it sorted one day. Thanks, Steve
