Seadoo GTX 2000 (951cc) . First time I have ever cleaned my carbs and I did it. I took pictures as I went and I am now re-connecting fuel lines back to the carbs. I have one line that I did not take a photo of that is giving me a problem. Figures the one that I did not take a pic ofIMG_20160605_123404.jpgIMG_20160605_130253.jpg. The line runs from the engine block (below the PTO carb mount, just above the starter). I can't find out where this connects to?

Added to pictures. Can anybody steer me in the right direction

That is the one that comes from the crankcase to the fuel pump on the carb. That is the line with the vacuum, it creates the pulses for the fuel pump.

Look at the one carb, the line marked to engine

I am a newbie and I really appreciate your time to respond back to me. This was my first time re-building the carbs. Would that connection occur on the end of the nib?

That would be the return line back to the fuel baffle, where all the lines originate from the fuel tank.

Crap, I have my lines crossed. So the fuel line that comes from the engine block ties into the side of the MAG carb (the bent elbow in pic. Then line from the gas tank ties on to the tie connection on top of the MAG. Correct?

The one on the 90 fitting on side should be the pulse from engine and that "pumps" fuel to the carbs. The straight through connection should be return to tank. Also if those are the tempo grey lines from factory need to swap fuel lines or you will be rebuilding carb again. While your at it get a new fuel selector as it is prolly gummed up. I'm just guessing but did you have a bunch of green slime in the carbs.

Crap so I did have my lines crossed. Thank you I really do appreciate your time to respond back.
The tempo grey lines are my next step to replace. I did have a bit of residue in the MAG carb.

This is an awesome forum

Yes I agree it has helped me a lot so I figured when I seen a question I could answer I was gonna give it back. Glad I could help.

Sorry I didn't post back up. If you look closely at the diagram I posted and follow the lines you can get a really good indicator of where they go. It can be a little misleading but the 90 deg line in that pic shows it going to the side of the carb. Just take a good gander and it will click, seadoo does a pretty good job and their explosion drawings.

As Nova said, replace the selector. A poor fuel system on these skis or any 2 stroke will take it last breath from that engine. Good fuel delivery is a must.

Glad you're liking the forum, we're here to tray and keep all seadoo's alive and running great.
