Has anyone put an inline fuel filter/ water separator in their fuel lines? My uncle and I were talking and he was telling me how everyone in the marine world suggests using them because if ethanol gas sits too long it begins to separate. I wanted to see if anyone has done this because I am not sure whether or not the fuel pump has enough power for the extra filter?

You can't buy ethanol free gas? That would suck!

I haven't heard of anyone doing one to a ski, your right though for many other applications it is almost mandatory.

Keep your fingers crossed, I'm sure someone here will have a better answer. There are some really sharp guys who take the time to go through and give their best advise.

Unless it has been removed for some reason, seadoos come with an inline water separator filter.

And yes, it has become almost impossible to find ethanol free gas in this area.

It still has the forward filter but we both see that as more of a pass through filter rather than a separator.
