yeah i got the ebay one becuase of the shipping time..i wanted it really fast and didnt want to have to wait for a couple days..i got it overnighted to me with no additional charge so i figuered it was a good deal.... yeah i dont think it was my dad who got thrown off then..unless im forgetting also LOL

did anyone ever find out whether or not the high speed screw is supposed to be all the way in on both carbs or slightly out on the mag carb

they should be fine both closed, but dr. honda has said that with the limiting caps on they won't make much difference whether they're wide open or closed anyways.

the limiting caps have been removed by the previous owner so i dont know exactly where they are...so am i safe to just turn them all the way in with say a screwdriver and call it good???

After rebuilding my carbs I set them to spec., 1/8 turn out on both high speed screws. The performance was good until 3/4 throttle then it didn't want to pull steady or stronger to WOT. Backed them out another 1/8 and she runs like a champ.

i looked in the manual and it says to turn the low speed screw all the way in then 1 turn out ...then it says the high speed screws are supposed to be all the way in ......can anyone verify this im going riding tonight and i want to make sure they are set right

Go for it brock.
There is no other info on it.

The opening of the HS is fine tuning if need be.

You can check your plugs after pulling landyard on WOT pass to see what it tells you.
Use fresh plugs for test.

Your going riding at night?
