Flashing the ECU

I was curious if someone could tell me what is needed to flash the ECU for higher RPM's.
I do have a buds system from SBT. Recently became a dealer and got the unlimited VIN BUD's system from them.
Is there other programs needed to Flash the ECU or could I do it with the SBT BUD's system? I am still figuring this thing out.

Buds doesn't flash tunes. You'll need this for tuning:
