Fixing Scooper's boat thread. Any help is appreciated.

Disassembled the water regulator. All looks good, except for one thing that may be important.

There are supposed to be 3 washers under the spring, and mine only had 2. That would decrease the pressure a bit since there would be more distance between the two spring surfaces.

Anyone have any experience with this?
