Fixing a crack in the clear coat on carbon fiber dash

I recently purchased a 2002 SeaDoo Utopia 205 and there's a crack in the carbon fiber dash on the drivers side. The crack doesn't seem to be through to the carbon fiber itself, just the thick clear coats on top.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to repair the cracks in the clear coat? If not, does anyone know where I can buy a replacement carbon fiber dash cover to replace the cracked one?
