Quick question here, does anybody have any good suggestions on how to fix Some cracks in the foot well? Should I just mix up a batch of fiberglass resin in pour it in there or what?

A product called Marine Tex works very well. With a stone bit on a die grinder, grind out the cracks to create a valley to fill in with the product. Sand down the area first to see what you're faced with. After the Marine Tex dries, sand smooth. You could go a step further afterward and re gelcoat, but Marine Tex is available in white so it might not be necessary.

I've used Marine Tex to fill cracks, gouges and rivet holes, it's pretty effective.
