Factory pipe spec2(rec) issue egt rear pistion

Hi,Damn i like the factory pipe spec 2 but my egt rear piston climb up the sky pass 5200 rpm ....
I use buckshot 44mm with 260 point jet

Mag
140 pilot
110 main
Hs 1
Pto
140pilot
115main
High screw 2turn

Pto climb to 1180 mag

I cruise at 6000 rpm around...
I need good jetting...
 
Has it always done this since you set it up like this or did it just start doing this?

Are you running a stinger? If so cut down the water flow to it a bit.

Do you have a Enhanser 4255? If so what are the settings?

That should be plenty of fuel. I do Ok at 240ish overall jetting.
 
i use head 43 cc... stock timming....65 squish.....stock cylinder
100 head pipe........70 mid pipe....60 stinger....120 stinger ... also i use jet flow on stinger and waterbox....

I like the 100 on the constant flow on the front side of the head pipe.

70 mid pipe? where is that on the pipe? can you get a pic? Are you running water injection?

Is it 60 or 120 on the stinger? Or maybe you meant 60 on the stinger and 120 on the waterbox? That would sound about right to me.
 
Rec chamber
100 head pipe before ho2 solenoid
70 mid pipe (side tank gas point)
60 to stinger pipe
And 120 on waterbox

Water temps is around 68f
The mags piston egt is perfect
I will try 135 main and 115 pilot next years...
Or 125 main 120 pilot

Is it 60 or 120 on the stinger? Or maybe you meant 60 on the stinger and 120 on the waterbox? That would sound about right to me.
Matt, what is your set up seadoo rec to your use(pipe,carb,prop,rpm)
