Luckly I was close to ramp, but I was doing donuts on my hx when it began to make an awful clunky noise as if something came loose. So so swam in back, tried to start it,and it starts but the engine is shaking as if an engine mount broke. I can see the engine vibrate violently. Upon inspection of the hull, I found some metal shavings and plastic thing that I have a picture of. I also saw a semi circle looking piece of plastic that I tried to reach but ended up knocking it further in the hull. Any ideas? I'm thinking its a bearing along the drive shaft (i'm not familiar with the drive train on this ski)I also checked the pto for gouges in case something got caught up in it.

You destroyed the driveshaft, coupler and probably engine pto. When the couplers get old the rubber breaks down and then it’s metal on metal until it trashed both.
Pull the gray plastic cover off the back of the engine and check.
If they are trashed they are getting very expensive and hard to find even used ones.

It would probably be helpful to say that it is a 1995. I look at both the 95 and 97 parts catalogs. The 97 has two couplers while the 95 has only one near the rear. I don't know, I may be wrong. The pto isn't a coupler; it is like the one on the 580s where a spline shaft goes in. So I should just take the pump off, pull the drive shaft, and remove the bearing by the shock in order to reach the coupler. Thanks for your help

Well, that's a little good news but you are still going to have to pull the entire driveshaft and inspect.
The 95' ones were very well known to strip the front splines and is why they switched to the 96-97 design.
