Exhaust pipe water cooling question

My exhaust pipe cooling water isn't coming out the front hull outlet. Both hoses have been blown clean. 1 was clear and 1 was plugged. The water from the water regulator is going into the pipe. The outlet has some (very little) spray comming out but it's mostly like steam or exhaust smoke. This steam or smoke wasn't happening before. Seadoo is running rough and sputtering at low rpm. Any thoughts ?

Your cooling system most likely has a blockage, you could have sand or silt backup in the block, I would pop the head off and take a look.

If I see a blockage when I remove the head. What is the best/easiest way to unblock it ?

Does the exhaust pipe have separated water cooling passages ? That's why I see steam/smoke from the hull water outlet ?

Remove the large pieces with long handled pliers, the rest with a shop vac or pump. Most of the cooling water goes out the exhaust. Sorry I can't be on here 24/7 I usually just check in a couple of times a day.
