Erratic VTS, Need Advice

HI Everyone,

I own a 2004 Rxp and the vts would not display so I had the ecu reflashed and now it works again, but when I adjust it, the display jumps 2-3 bars and I cannot get it to adjust by one bar, sometimes it moves on its own while moving at higher speeds in the water. I checked it on the trailer and it seems to work ok any help would be appreciated.
