Engine cradle

My 01 GTS has aluminum mounts bolted on to the engine case. I bought another 717 that uses the belly plate. Will it line up to the rubber mounts ?
Also original engine is single carb, replacement has manifold for duel carbs. Can I just swap out manifold s. ? Thanks

Also a follow up question. Are the rotory valves the same for a single carb vs a dual carb set up ?
