Engine bogs down when in the water

After replacing the entire fuel system, I went to put the ski in the water and it just bogs down when I give it gas. I had it on the trailer, started up fine, idled ok( when I adjusted the idle screw), and then went to give it gas and it bogged and died. Whats going on? Im pulling out my hair trying to fix this ski.

Any helped would be greatly appreciated.

Probably carb settings. Do a search for the this problem its common.
