can someone that is running the reva ehaust tell
me is it real loud like after awile you have had enough
or is it an enjoyable sound?
also the newer ICs (external) just as good or
good enough Virses an after market?

Well, I can tell you it is a lot louder from behind! Which is generally where most guys are left, either in the dust or on the beach....I have a stage 3 on a 2005 rxt. It really is not overly loud but does sound like a powerful machine. Obnoxious...no! just a good rumble.

I have had the guts to get it up to 76 with a little more available ( i'm a wimp). I have had heat issues with the waterbox and jpipe and need to get that resolved first before I take on more speed (see waterbox question, further down the forum). That speed was on a smooth fresh water lake at a few hundred feet above sea level. I was told it would get to 80+ from the guy I purchased it from who was in Tahoe.

he must've been a) a liar b) a drunk or c) thought he was selling you an RXP

I'll put it this way - it will probably annoy the neighbors, but anyone who is into the sport or the hobby of going fast and having cool toys will think you're cool. The external intercoolers that currently come standard on the 255/260 skis are not as good as aftermarket. The original RXP-X/RXT-X intercooler is. The newer one, not so much.
