Dealer says crankcase vent selenoid circulates with key off. They bypassed my ecm with their test unit and problem solved. They said I need a new ecm or disconnect battery after each use.

I have the same exact issue with my MPEM. It cycles the TOPS valve every 30sec when the key is off. Fortunately it's on my boat and I shut the battery off every time. I swapped MPEMS (it's a twin engine) and the problem follows the MPEM. I don't think there is any cure unfortunately.

I have the same issue with my wife's 2004 GTX 155. I just added a cutoff in her glovebox and she shuts it down after stopping the motor with the switch. This was only after I replaced the MPEM and the whole wiring harness.
