Driveshaft removal

2002 Seadoo Gtx 4tec. Does the top hat contain the orings inside? I have no C clips anywhere but the schematic shows there should be in there. There are plenty of O ring posts on forums, but nobody actually says where they are. The new top hat has grooves on the inside that look to be the size of the new orings.

I everything loose besides the top hat. Do I strike the top hat toward the pump to get it loose from the shaft? I can turn the top hat with my channel locks but cannot get it to slide at all. Although I did try to knock it forward with no such luck. Gonna be a bugger to knock it toward the pump with very little room to get tools down there.
 
My adventure continues. I buttoned it all up yesterday and took it out. The oil light came on a couple times which was weird.

This morning there was oil in the bilge. Upon investigation, it must use the engine oil to lube the bearing on the shaft. That’s where it appears to leak from. That oil seal must not have been strong enough to withstand my attempts to get the top hat loose. I pryed with a lot of force toward the rear of the ski and the whole shaft moves, not just the top hat. I’ll most likely have to cut it off. Thoughts?
