I have a 96 SPX with a broken crank, I think it has a 650 motor...I have been thinking about just buying a rebuild and bolting it in. I am looking at a different motor because of lower cost.
Will a 580 or 587 motor bolt right in ?? ....OR ... will I have to make modifications?? ...OR ... is it to much trouble to switch and I should just go with a bottom end kit on current motor????
