Do you think I need a new MPEM?

So I am still not able to get this thing running I got a new coil and still not running. I will start again I got this jet ski this summer and have not been able to use it yet. I went to start it and the battery was dead. I jumped it with a optima battery I had for my trolling motor and it started. so I went a got a new AGM battery and it was hard starting and when i finally got it running but not well. I took it for a test ride and it would not get over 4500 rpm's. I then brought it back to the house and was unable to get it running again. So i got a new coil because maybe that was bad i replaced it and nothing still will turn over really good and have fuel on the plugs just the spark seams really off. so i took off the mpem and this is what I found do you think this is it and if so anyone have one??? ITs a 1998 GTX RFI..

Just looking at that, makes cents the fuel delivery & raves are also...............icky. You have spark, so set that on the back burner. If you ride like is is, you will burn the pistons. What if it has low fuel pressure or clogged up fuel injectors, or the fuel filter is clogged up, or the fuel regulator is not working correctly ? Old bad gas and water in it too? RFIs don't like moisture in the fuel. RFIs eat rectifiers for Breakfast. I suggest you read your manual and go thru all the componets.

So if i am getting spark do you think that the mpem is not bad? I mean it dont look like it would work but I am getting fuel pressure because if I take the fuel line off and turn it over it squirts out good. I just thought that this was would cause it to not have a spark pattern.

The RFI needs 59 lbs psi. Test the fuel pressure. If its good, you rule that out. ect. Do you have a Shop Manual for your ski?
