Do Sportster's (96') have carbon ring?

Hi, first post. Searched all over here and unable to see where anyone mentions a carbon ring for the single 720 Sportster's. Anyone?

yes they do.

96 was the first year... and seadoo changed everything over to the carbon ring seal.

BTW... I've got an 96 sportster... so I know first hand. Fun boat once they are fixed up.

I saw all kinds of mention of Speedster carbon rings but no Sportsters. Maybe they last longer? :agree::hurray:
