Do I need to replace this impeller and wear ring?

I have had way worse,,,you can clean up the edges with a cold flat file,,,do not file outer edges that contact thebwear ring,,,the wear ring does not look that bad,,give it a go.

replace it you won't regret it you'll get better performance better fuel economy and no vibration

If it was me and go to all the trouble of getting the pump out
if i have the money !! I would replaced ofcourse alone with the wear ring

I have learned my lessen too... Riding in shallow waters... OUCH!!!

Change the impeller. The vibration will kill the pump bearings then ruin the whole pump and seals for the driveshaft and crank will suffer.
