I have a GTX 300 limited (2021), during the time it is stopped in the garage can I disconnect the battery, or is it not a good procedure?

No harm disconnecting the battery for short term storage, no known issues of parasitic draw on stock Sea-Doos so not really necessary but whatever floats your boat. I will add that Sea-Doo does not recommend charging the battery when it is in the ski, although a lot of people use Battery Tenders both with the battery connected and disconnected to the ski.
