This may save someone else the time to figure this issue

Im runnin an 05 Speedster 200 twin SC 375 HP boat-I ran into this today and wanted to post for others that may see this

BTW Boat ran fine previous outing no issues?

Dropped her in the water, lanyard was put on and no BEEPS??? but engines both fired up...
Right Tach was dead couldnt get it to work by tapping it either

Later in day the Right engine died, restarted OK then 5 min later died wouldnt restart the entire rest of day

Got it home & Hooked up CANPRO and got a FUEL-PUMP short fault code and a Starter short fault code?

I checked all the fuses in the fuse blocks and all were good, retried it...nothing

I removed the CANPRO cable from the harness and tried it...EVERYTHING WORKED!??? beeps! started and Tach!

wiggled the cable and it died again...cable was shaking one of the hang-on harness fuses and when I removed one of the fuses everything was repeatable!, I anti-siezed the fuse blades and reinserted it and wiggled the harness and its still working.

I haven't traced the exact fuse but I believe its a starter fuse and when it doesnt make contact the ECU kills the fuel pump as a safety?

WHY THE HELL WOULD A PRO BOAT COMPANY HANG FUSES OFF A HARNESS WITH NO DESCRIPTOR???? WTF SEADOO?!
There are a number of non labeled harness fuse holders on these boats too!

half a day wasted because some engineer couldnt put a professional labeled fuse block on his design.
