crankshaft seals

my xp is spiting out oil mixs fron one of the spark plug hose its it possible to just replase the seal with any special tool. or do i need a new crank

i bet one of the needle seats is stuck and dumping gas into the cylinder....did u just do a rebuild on the carbs?

yes i did can u tell me how to check on that you are talking about the needle seals or what is it

You need to take apart the carbs again and re-clean the needle/seat (the needle that moves up and down with the spring). Then put a small coat of wd40 on the needle/seat. You should also do a pop-off test (search for it on the boards there is TONS of help on how to do it)
