Counter bslancer oil change

I can't open the cap where you put the 1oz of oil. I have tried all types of screw driver and almost everything i could think of. I would hate to have to remove the engine just for yhat. Any advice on how to do it?
 
That oil doesn't need changed, unless you think there is a reason it has become polluted. In that case... you have to do whatever it takes to get the cap off. AND... if that means pulling the engine... then that's what you should do.

The original design didn't have a cap, and was not serviceable.
 
You can fill it thru the hole in the case where they originally filled them on the 95/96 787's, provided you didn't put the top end on yet.

Right where the red circle is, but if you already have the top end on you're pooched. That plug is just plastic(or at least the new one I have is plastic.
