Correct fuel float? 1998 Sportster 1800

My fuel gauge has never worked and I think it's time to finally just replace the float.

I checked ebay, would any of these work? Or no..

One and three will work, generally you don't need the fuel baffle just the float. It's about a $10 part new, be sure to get the newer molded type.

Thank you Lou, those would fit right in my 98 sportster 1800?

I figured I'd grab the whole baffle rather than try to get the float in my current unit.

Both of these have new floats and are nearby. Do you know which one is correct?

1998 sportster 1800 fuel baffle part #204560059. Not sure of the difference in the ones you have linked to ebay and the sportster. could be the wiring, length, etc., but I would make sure before purchasing the part.

I think the ones you are looking at are for skis. Ones for boats should be longer. Hope this helps.
