Convert Stripped Tent Trailer to PWC Trailer

Is it fairly straight forward converting a small stripped tent trailer for use as a PWC trailer?
Tent trailer has a plywood deck and was used as a utility trailer. Wondering if others have done so and how well it worked.

This is my plywood deck trailer. It works fine for me. Not the most convenient, but I run Sea-Doos, sleds and four wheelers and only have the space and budget for one trailer.

Edit: just realized the pictures show very small. The big size are near the end of this thread.
