Connecting Rods "Small End" Question

Greetings from the new guy!
I recently pulled out the engine in my 1995 Sea Doo XP, it's a 717. I need to replace the pistons due to them seizing & noticed the 2 connecting rods (piston small end) have different sized hole ratios due to the cage dissintergrating.
One has been worn more than the other.
My questions are:
1. 1 Rod end(inside diameter) measures approx 22mm & the other Rod end measures approx 23mm . What is the inside hole diameter supposed to be?
2. What is the maximum wear (inside measurement) on a connecting rod before it should be replaced?
3. Can I use these existing connecting rods for my new pistons, when one is slightly bigger than the other(how much play can I get away with)?
There is no scoring inside the rod end.
There is no information in the manual regarding this.
Thanks!

You are asking for a world of troubles if a rod or piston pin lets go. I say if there is any question replace the crank. You have to remember that ski is 20 years old now and if it is the origional crank it is already tired. My opinion is do it correctly and replace the crank for cheap insurance and peace of mind and with proper maintenance it will last another 20 years. A rebuilt crank from SBT is $275 a reman OEM crank from SeaDoo with the best bearings is $375. Not talking bad about SBT but their cranks do use chinese bearings and watch their shipping charges because you have to also ship your crank to them as a core so the savings is not always much.
