Concerned about drive on challenger Never been serviced

Bounght this 04 boat and test ran it once. Looks good but intake grate flips up and lets debris go in. Im going to try to have it welded if possible to not move. Found small amount of oil looks like 2 cycle while sitting on trailer on intake grate cant see where it may have come from any ideas.? how do i change to shaft oil im sure he never did it. tips would be appreciated. thanks

Your a premium member. I know your engine is the 240/50 optimax and the book for it is in the manual section, listed under the M-2 engine. There, you should be able to go over your connections to your oil injection system. And, be able to find out about your lower end pump oil. I remember reading about it several months back when I was a premium member.
