Compression test on 95 sportster Engined Dead?

I hope it's not Bad.

Does the Motor spin fast or slow? With a good Battery or a jump Box -never
jump start with a running Auto- it should spin at it's regular speed.
The front cylinder(the one closest to the seats) is number 1 and the cylinder
to the rear is number 2. Also known as #1=Mag cylinder and #2=PTO cylinder.
I think if it spins fast the piston hasn't shattered. It may have a hole in it but
not shattered.
My engine spun at it's regular speed and even tried to start.
You have options, Repair which would be cheaper or replace is going to be
easy. Previous threads have listed places to purchase engines.
I also read You wanted to swap to a larger motor. That requires changing the
electric system. If You want a faster Boat, fix and sell this one.
Try a Speedster. Two motors and two Pumps. Very quick.
