Code p1517

I have a 2005 seadoo gtx 4tec Sc and I keep getting error code p1517. I know it means compass out of range. What do I need to do to fix this issue? Do I need to replace the compass sensor or does it need to be reprogrammed by a dealer or what? Thanks!

Normally it just requires replacing the compass sensor. The code will then go away and become inactive and can only be seen when read by BUDS or similar software.
