Clogged with Larva Nest...

So, I pulled my jet pump off to find the siphon tube holes clogged with a larva nest. How would I clean these lines out safely? Is there a way to flush them from the inside?

I just blow them out with my air compressor, disconnect the lines from the elbow and blow them out. They will take off rapidly, LOL Check all the lines, I'd be willing to wager the one from the cylinder drains is potentially blocked too.
