Checking to see if oil is mixing?

I just bought a 97 XP. The guy I bought it from premixed gas and oil and had oil in the reservior because he didnt know if the oil was mixing by itself. The guy filed a few plugs. I`m thinking it is mixing because it filed the plugs but I want to make sure it is mixing right before it is to late. Is there anyway to find if it is mixing? Thanks

:rofl:...look in front of mag housing. You'll see the pump in the middle of the plate. Use a mirror and check the pumps' markings/notches. With throttle at idle, those markings should align, then with throttle, you'll see it move, then let go, make sure markings re-align. If it does, then no sense in premix'n.:cheers:
