I just bought a new oil tank for my 2000 gtx. Big surprise it was leaking and split at the seams. Anyway I put all the old oil in a jug but I'm thinking I'd rather just replace it as I have no idea how old it is. I just bought the ski and am going thru the entire fuel system and replaced the oil tank. So whats the best/cheapest 2 stroke oil to get? Thanks.

I dont have one around me and they don't ship it. Only $25 a gallon isn't bad though compared to Seadoo's $50. How many gallons does the oil tank hold anyway?

Tank holds about a gallon.
The Seadoo full synthetic is $45 on Amazon I think.
You can see if you have a local source for Amsoil interceptor too.

The Amsoil interceptor oil is at some Motorcycle shops. This is what i use. If they do not have it ask them to order it. If they will not, there may be independent dealers, in your state that have it. Go to Amsoil site and look for them. Run the best oil you can. Cheap will kill your engine!

I can get Mystik at a local CAL Ranch store for 27/gal and that is what I am going to run in the 96 GTX. You can also buy it direct from Mystik on line, but the shipping cost takes a bite out of the savings

The Amsoil interceptor oil can run about $42 a gallon add tax. I buy quarts because the Motorcycle shops most times have just quarts. They will not buy gallons.

I just bought seadoo oil at the dealer yesterday and the full synthetic seadoo 2 stroke was 42 a gallon and the seadoo non synthetic was 32 a gallon

I buy the Mystic directly through their site and it ends up being $33 a gallon when I get a case of 4 shipped.
