The bilge pump failed and the boat sank. I took off the head to clean out water but it seems to have water in the bottom half of the moter too. Am i going to have to pull the motors to get al the water out or does anyone have any help. I have spray wd-40 & pb-blaster,cranked & cranked but water still is comming out & failing the plugs. Please help looking for advise someone has had to have a boat under water & knows how to get it all out so it will run again PLEASE HELP

I would get it fired up as quickly as possible so as not to lead to rust and corrosion and possible engine seizure. Remove the spark plugs and leave the caps on the grounding post. Turn the engine over to remove the water from the cylinders. Spray a little wd-40 in the cylinders to help displace the water. Hit the starter for a few seconds at a time letting it cool down abit while trying to get the water out. When it seems like all the water is out insert the spark plugs and get it started. Use the choke or a little fuel and injector oil as a premix to help fire it up. Don't use starting fluid. If it doesn't fire up repeat the procedure. Pull the spark plugs, hit the starter, insert spark plugs get it to fire up. Time is of the essence. the longer it takes to get it fired up the more chance of damage to the internal engine components.

Keep us posted on your progress.

I have been doing that but i seems as though there is a creamy white film that will not stop comming out. so you want to just continue turing it over until the water & oil stop comming out

That white stuff ifs from the wd-40 mixing with the water. Time is of the essence. The longer it takes to fire up the better chance of internal rusting and damage. Use the pre-mix i described to help get it fired up. It should fire up, just might take a little time. Don't give up.

Don't just hold the starter on and on...let it cool down.
