Challenger 1800 jetboat rope in jets

Hi All
I'm a proud new owner of a 20yo boat But it still looks stunning.
We go out of often but last time we got a amateur rope in the one side jet.
Looks like there is a blue bush type seal or bearing on the shaft, that turned with out of its place. And partially out the area where shaft penetrates the hull. Have some photos via whasapp is anyone can tell me this is a big problem? Will appreciate you help

Jako. The blue bushing is the shaft protector and may break when you ingest a rope or something similar. Rip that crap off and enjoy your boat.

Ok great. Yes I didn't see that anywhere in the replacement videos. Will do some water pressure tests to make sure I don't sink
