Challenge - gtx le 2003 Stutterer & low RPM

hay
i have seadoo 2003 gtx le , it start with no problem but when i try to Accelerate in the open sea he begin to stutterer and to choke , the speed is limited and Permanent .

i check if ther is bag and if the choke is open and the answer in no/
what i can chek ?
what can i do ?

It sounds like carburetor issues. It might need to be cleaned of rebuilt.
