cause of oil leak?

I just bought a 2008 rxp with 39 hours! I noticed a small oil leak half way down the motor, seems to me it's the wettest around the rear oil pressure switch. is this a common cause of leaks? i took the best pic I could get, anyways.. this thing runs great! speedo reads 70! (not sure if that's 100% accurate)

I am not aware of a common oil leak in the 4-techs. So if it were mine, I would clean the engine top to bottom with a degreaser and look for the leak once it presents itself again. Oil has the ability to climb. So the leak can be below where you would think the leak is.
