As title says. Wanted to make sure I'm not overlooking anything. Did a search even on other forums and nothing came up. "Fuel" butterflies sticking when hot. Second rebuild on these carbs. I didn't use the approved Mikuni kits on first build. They weren't sticking after first rebuild. I can run it as is. Guess the vibration throttles them down. That seems dangerous and I want them right. Engine hot not running and hit the throttle it sticks wide open. When it's cool it's fine and springs back. Each individual carb will stick when hot with linkage and cable unhooked. Gaskets appear to be centered from what I can see. Carbs springing back in hand are excellent. Also neither clamp or zip tie is interfering with carbs. I did that once and that's the first thing I checked. Am I missing something? Has anybody else ever experienced this? Not really crazy about pulling these carbs back off for the tenth time but will!
