Carb rebuild dirty gas inside ?

Im rebuilding my carbs second time .last time was a year ago

I see dirty gas where it shudnt be again
The seadoo hasnt fliped or drowned .

THat is coming from the pulse line out of the crankcase. Is it mostly oil or mostly fuel. If it's oil your crank seals are shot, if it's fuel your needle and seats are leaking. Either way it won't run well with fuel in that chamber.
 
You aren't yet. The fuel is from a leaking needle and seat.
The RAVE valves need to be cleaned. The milky oil on the RAVES is perfectly normal for a 951 and nobody really knows where it comes from but, and this is a BIG BUT you have to fog a 951 after every ride because of this.

I also suggest you change the balancer shaft oil too.
 
You need to start the ski and rev it when out of the water to blow the water out of the exhaust. On a 951 you have to fog the engine after every ride but you should do this on all skis. You need to spray fogging oil into the carbs when running then some down each spark plug hole.
