What are the specs for re-jetting after a rebuild for a 97 XP?
One size up for 10 over kind of thing?

Re-builds rarely require re-jetting the carbs. Have you added any performance parts?

To me, it would depend on how well the carbs were tuned beforehand. If already "there", I wouldn't anticipate a jet change in the case of a simple overbore.

I have never heard of anyone having to rejet after a rebuild, providing everything else remains the same. My jetting is the same before and after the rebuild. If it was an issue, every SBT rebuild would require rejetting, but they don't and there is no mention of possible rejetting after a rebuild on their website.

you could jet it if you wanted to, but usually you only jet it if you change the exhaust, its all about making it breathe ....
