Carb installation challenges

When replacing a carb, how do you re-tension the throttle springs without tearing up your fingers taking lots of time? Is there a tool for it?

Also, the 2 M8 x 75 Socket Head Screw that hold the carb to the manifold, fiche shows you should apply synthetic grease. I had the carb come loose after doing that. Should I have used Loctite instead? If so, blue? or red? How much should they be torqued?

Any trick to re-attach the cable from oil injection pump? I spent a fair amount of time getting that connected too.

Maybe I'm a klutz, but there must be easier ways...

Anybody advise what to use on the carb screws? When I get new gaskets I'd like to put it back together so that it doesn't come loose again. Loctite or grease? How much torque to tension?

Lots of people have replaced carbs. How you make sure they don't come loose with grease on the main screws?

Bueller? Bueller?
