Hey everyone this is my second post on my 96 seadoo GTI. After I finished replacing the grey fuel lines with black fuel lines and cleaning my carb out I put my ski in the water and she ran great for most of the day. So the issue im having now is that when the ski is running at high speed the carb seems to flood it self I adjusted the highspeed screw all the way down and still no change was felt. The way I managed to make the ski run again was by turning the fuel selector down half way towards off and she would pick up and go again. I do live and ride at 7500 to 8000 would anyone have a possible solution for this or the right carb low speed screw and high speed screw setting.

Your pop-off could be very low. Did you check it when you cleaned the carbs?

Also... if the return port in the carb is plugged... it will do just as you are describing. Did you verify that it was clear? Even if you did... something could have plugged it. This is why I recommend putting on a disposable, inline filter, just before the carbs.

Regardless... the carbs need to come off, and be checked over.

Hey DR Honda thanks for the reply. I was unable to check pop off pressure I need to pick up a tool for it, would
i be able to purchase it at napa or is it a special tool. I did notice pin size holes on the black rubber diaphram that is on the fuel in/ out side. IS the return port were the fuel return line hooks up?
