Hello all,

I have a small problem - when removing my fuel lines off from the carb last night, I had the one t-fillting break in the end of the rubber hose. I have been able to remove the entire fitting from the carb, but I cannot seem to find the replacement fitting. Can someone tell me where to look, or am I stuck with buying a new carb? The fitting I am talking about is the plastic t-fitting on the front carb of a 2 carb engine (787).

Any help would greatly be appreciated

No - it was actually brass but molded over with plastic in the T shape. It is the fitting that is pressed into the carb itself. I took a picture of the fitting, but can't figure out how to post it.

ebay or forsale section at pwctoday or here, the carbs are standard on all seadoo 787 pwc and jetboats, you could buy it new, but it'll be cheaper to buy a complete used carb or someone selling the piece only...

Well it was the last thing I wanted to do, but the T-fitting broke when I was sliding the rubber line off. It may have been broke up inside the entire time, and the cable clamp was holding it together, but now I am stuck. Any idea where the best place is to get a carb like this?

eBay is your best bet. Only problem is... since spring is upon us... the prices will be high. The 800 carbs are coveted by 720 guys.

Its the MAG side (front carb) and the top fitting that is a T. I am not sure by what size you are refereing to. The hose ID is 1/4".

When I measure the OD of the fitting that was pressed into there - it measures about .198 - .199".

If you have one that would be great.

I checked, mine is 5/16ths, just post it in the wanted section of pwctoday with a picture of the complete part for a 720 carb, get the entire thing with the fittings still in it....

Oops...mean 787 carb...
