My 96 seadoo xp has been sitting for about 1 1/2 or 2 years and I was going to take carbs off and clean them but 1st carb I can get one bolt out and the other will not budge the other carb someone else has been into and stripped out the hex heads is there anything I can do without pulling them off or any ideas. Thanks
