Carb adjustments 95 gts

Ok si I'm a newbie and was dealing with some fuel issues. Got the thing running well and now I remember that I adjusted a screw on the carb. Can anyone tell me which one this is on the pic? High or low? And also factory setting for it? Any help would be much appreciated. I don't wanna run this thing lean and burn it up. 95 gts

That should be the high based on the slotted head and not T handle like my carbs have. You really need to change those grey tempo lines out they have/will clog your fuel system up. And while you are doing that may want to go thru the carb(s) and rebuild only with genuine mikuni kit, replace fuel selector, the rubber internals are prone to fail and cause air leak when cleaned and replace o-ring on water seperator.
 
Most of that's been done. The video is old and I didn't want to take another one lol. I know that the factory setting should be zero but to set it back I need to know the difference between clockwise and counter clockwise.
 
Just think of your garden tap, on the top, turn the slotted screw in to the carb (clockwise), till it seats and won't turn anymore, then you can back it out to factory specs (usually zero to 1/4 turns out).
The bottom T pilot screws will be opposite, you will want to turn them in to the carb (counter clockwise), till it stops and is seated, then you can turn the screws out (clockwise), to factory specs.(usually around 1 to 1 and 1/2 turns).
 
Pretty sure both screws are standard thread. Clockwise turns them in to close (leaner), counterclockwise turns them out (richer).
 
My intention was that from viewing from above, it's a clockwise rotation to (close the valve/slotted high speed screw, leaning the mixture), and when viewing from above, the pilot screw appears to be counter clockwise, to turn it in, closing it, leaning the mixture.
