As far as sensors goes i believe the tach head or the part you look at actually reads a pulse from the mag. therefore it's just a matter of running a couple of leads or wires from the mag end of the engine up to the head. I'm sure some one will correct me if i'm wrong on this. I aslo was told here the colors of the wires needed to tap into but don't recollect them at this time. I've got CRS. Have you gotten your manuals downloaded yet off the internet?
If not they can be found for free on the net. You will find the electrical schmatics as well as the mechanical end of the Doo as well.
